My Hall of Fame just beat the Torxia League!!!!

To find Lugia go to Route 21, you know where you dive to get to Dynas City, and dive there. From there just keep going straight until you see Lugia. It's at Lv.50

I think after beating the Torxia League once you go into the shadow dimension and reach the core you get the dark fragment or the raptor ball.
