Awesome! I'd say Bewear too, I quite like the shiny form, and it will feel good to have your favourite. Like Hikamaru mentioned, it will be easier to catch too, so better for a first try. Good luck! :)

I was the same, I thought I'd never get one so I didn't worry about it. When I found one, I suddenly realised it was actually possible and I was desperate to get more. You should go for it! Shiny chaining is different and a lot easier (I think) in sun/moon too. Just watch some tutorials :)

I never stick with the same team- I always try to have at least 3-4 newly introduced pokemon. The remainders depend on what those pokemon are, but I do have favourites. I'll often try to get a milotic for my water pokemon if I need one.

I really like how some pokemon have gender differences. I think they should try to include them more often where possible; they just add a really nice bit of detail. Not to mention they help to make your pokemon unique (like if your friend has one of the opposite gender).

I really didn't mind it too much as a gen. I've definitely got less criticisms about it than I do about sun/moon. I really loved the map, and the variety of locations. I liked what they did with the spires and with mega evolution, and I thought what they did with the graphics was just right. I...

I did try to collect them where I could, and I experimented with a few. I think it's a shame they were so specific to arceus; I'd like to see some other pokemon or even legendaries whose type could change in this way.

I went with leafeon. I really liked its design, and I didn't have a strong grass pokemon for my team yet at the time.

I'd go with drapion. I like the larger, more intimidating looking pokemon. And I was lucky enough to catch a shiny skorupi as one of only 3 shinies I've randomly encountered!

Definitely Eevee. There's a park near my house where they spawn all the time. It made me never want to hatch a 10k again!
