I've been doing some Tai Chi for my exercise. I was told not to do some hardcore stuff like HIIT because of my stamina. So far, I've seen some progress. I even cut back on some sugar. Diet and exercise do work...you just need to find what works for you!

I used to keep a journal for each year of high school. I would always write about my days, and how Brad was cute during PE, and how my chemistry teacher was the worst human being in the world. Yeah, it was that cringe. PC used to have blogs, and that would count as my journal I guess lol
