Venipede cant learn aqua tail only scolipede via move tutor in oras or bw2. It can't be breed with aqua tail.

Don't train them just save your game. Then hatch and check the ivs on them in your pc. Then turn off the game and they'll still be a egg. And the way you get access to check ivs in pc is by talking to ace trainer at poni gauntlet by battle tree if I'm not mistaking.
