Eevee, hands down. Not only is it adorable, but you can breed that thing like heck and have a party of awesome Eeveelutions (or however you spell that). Get them up to level 100 and you can pwn the elite 4 with them repeatedly, especially in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. >:3 I'd show pictures to prove...

This is a truly amazing game. I haven't played it yet, but I've seen videos of it on Youtube, and it seems like one of the best Fire Red hacks available! ^-^ I'll make sure to play it when I have the time.
