You definitely could call me a veteran because back in 1996, MacDonald's restaurant's were sticking 1st gen Pokemon toys in their happy meals. My fourth grade teacher had this cute little treasure and we could pick something out of it when we did well on our tests. So when it was my turn to pick something, I just chose this weird bug looking thing in a Pokeball that we all know now is called Venonat. It all started from there. Eventually I was asking my dad to get me a game boy color with a Pokemon game for Christmas and that is when I first acquired Pokemon BLUE. My fascination of the game turned into me watching the show every day after school until I was 12 or 13. I ended up getting a Nintendo 64 for Christmas with Pokemon Stadium included and I was so stoked. I even had a 1st generation Pokemon poster where I cut out every single Pokemon, wrote all of the their fighting moves on the back and used my poke ball that my Venonat came in from 4th grade and ran around my house catching these little Pokemon papers and making them battle. I know I had a HUGE imagination! To make a long story short, I own all of the TV seasons and movies up until Season 8, At least one game from every generation. It just never gets old. I'm now 22 and I'm proud to be called a Pokemon Fan Veteran of 16 years:)
Besides Pokemon, I like watching anything I can find on Netflix, singing, playing the keyboard, shopping, and baking! As long as I get to lick the bowl!!
