You don't really need to grind in Pokemon. You can easily beat trainers at a lower level than you. You can even speed the game up.

I'm pretty sure a G/S remake is on the way. Who doesn't want an easier way to get Ho-oh and Lugia? Anyway if the make a remake they have to do the following things: -Make the game harder! G/S is the easiest of all the main Pokemon games. Especially Kanto (lol my lvl 50s against your lvl 30s!)...

There is another path you missed. Before the stairs that go to the dynamite man there are stairs that lead down. This is where you search for the dynamite.
