Yes Rotom is a legendary!

Yo those are pretty good pokemon but ime afraid that no one is going togive up a legendary for another pokemon unless they need one more slot in there pokedex and they are willing to give it up. The only good thing they might want is that deoxs but I already have one.

Ok lets keep voting people! Actually yes Rotom is a legendary pokemon because there is only one in the game and when you battle it its not the normal music played for narmal pokemon. And before you fight it the screen does that zooming out and spiining thing that it does with all legendarys.
