    I absolutely am. I'm on our Shoddy server most of the time (same username) so you can catch me there. If you can't find me then we can always arrange a time.

    Well, I'm not a very good competetive battler, I've never really put much though into EV training or anything like that, so I'll help the best I can. btw I copied the Aerodactyl lead from Smogon, but i have used something really similar before.
    Anyway, you should probably get at least one wall. Suicune is an excellent one. Power up with calm mind and put alot of EVs into Defense (at least, that would probably be a good idea) to the point where your foe can barely touch it. Cradily is also pretty good for this, and it's also a really good Baton Pass reciever.
    Also, I wouldn't run Infernape as a lead but rather as a sweeper.
    Maybe get a Subseeder, like Meganium or Sceptile.
    I'll tell you more as we go along.

    I understand the concept but idk...I feel like I did it wrong...the stats still go up +2 or +3 and that's it..

    but I did EV train (badly might I add) and raised my own version of the party. I'm just trying to get a competitive team now and yes it would help to have Perfect IVs o.o
