Try Chaos Cards, that's where I buy all my stuff from and thay are awesome! Really cheap too, like 7p for a common, 25 for an uncommon and 75 for a rare! They only have the more recentish cards in stock though..from like diamond and pearl onwards but still worth a look :)

I really don't want any more eeveelutions..I like the 6 we have and what they represent (elements, day night) but I think adding the other types would definately be overkill of poor little eevee. I think they would have to change eevee to much in physical appearance to make some of them anyway...
