Glad the arceus worked, as for the events, the is actually a pokecenter in NY hence the PCNY, that's what makes those special, as for other events, most come from stores, like TRU and Gamestop, others come from wifi, watch for those, they come out randomly and are highly wanted by those who don't have the games to get them with!!
