Actually it was going to be the water starter of the region I'm starting to make. It's the regular and shiny versions. Anyways I decided to go with the previous shiny palette over the original and made a new shiny palette.

Just a "meh" update, something I made for the Crystal Revamp project.. And since I'm not too great at revamps or animations I still find some place for refining and constructive criticism.

Yeah they do seem a bit quick. Anyways I call (and did) Dunsparce. Not as smooth as I would have liked but revamps/animations are not my strong point.
