i saw this sprite of a blaziken that lloked like it was from pokemon r/b....it was awesome. i dont know what you call this technique, does anyone know? maybe something like degrading...or degening?

i like that sprite you made of bllaziken alot, how did you go about makin it? i want to make a hack and want to make sprites of newer gen pokemon in a way that would match like sprites from pokemon green or gold/silver

oi well i just became a member of pc a bit ago so hello everyone. i decided to join when i descovered this site on bulbapedia when i read about hack games. i wanna play (and hopefully make) a game....but im not to good with computers and dont know how to play them. so if anyone wants to help...
