Planetrenders have a but of everything though that's the thing. Have you seen their SOTW competitions? Freaking amazing stuff and it vaires. But they really did make the C4D what it is. Yeah gfxR is a little less full on imo. SigR is awesome, I love their stuff, but again, style is dying. You see I want to do LP's, but ugh, I dunno, I need to get better. I cant make tags anymore, it's not satisfying enough.

Photomanips are the way to go, tags died out a while ago but that hasn't gotten to PC... Well, it has actually, the better artists in the section aren't doing them so much anymore. The way I look at it is, graphics is taking on a new wave or fad and that's stuff like my sig, I visit a lot of graphic communities and very few still do render tags and stuff. Thing is, this is a much harder style to grasp. People used to be able to do tags because they have so many resources but photomanipulation tags, are really quite hard. It's a mix between LP's and tags. Tags are just becoming small LP's and the render tags are falling away. Icons are still icons.
But really, renders are well and truly dying.
