That's a bug caused by A-Map 1.92 That's a same bug happened with me. The only fix found was using A-Map 1.95 Insert the pallete with A-Map 1.95

That won't need a script but would require ASM. So I would suggest you to switch towards Fire Red or Emerald for the ASM hacking

You can't uload links here. But if you create a patch of your rom hack you can use sites like Mediafire, Dropbox or even Pokecommunity's attachment
