Trucy wasn't an inspiration of her character. However, while writing her personality, Trucy sprung into my mind. I planned to put the word 'eccentric' into her personality, but I forgotted. Sierra's so precious. Oh, you should see Ed Bill, my CA character. XD I didn't plan him to have a team full of Ducks, it just happened. His original team was to be Buterfree and Porygon2, but I've wanted to use a very un-generic Psyduck for ages.
Side note: His last name and the Farfetch'd mentioned in his history weren't implimented until the end, when I realized Psyduck and Porygon2 were Duck-based. (Last name was originally Hazel and the bird in the history was originally Murkrow.)
