Ooh... Apparently having all 156 Pokemon registered in your Pokedex will freeze the game when you register for as Champion when Professor Oak rates your Pokedex. Also, I tested what happens you link up and trade and the resulst ends up with the receiving Pokemon becoming glitched.

I'mma let you know I found a bug. I can't use the Alolan Ore to evolve Exeggcute, Cubone or Pikachu even the game said I can.

I just started playing and the game seems to reset when some Pokemon's health are lowered in battle. I'm not sure if its something to with the rom I patched.
