When he said 25 characters he meant he was putting more characters in his comment because you have to have a minimum of 25 characters in each comment. Ex. You cant just say "Hey" Because its only three so you just put "Hey asdnjfaijsdnfiasndfiuasdnfiuan" Lmao :P
