When he said 25 characters he meant he was putting more characters in his comment because you have to have a minimum of 25 characters in each comment.

Regardless, this belongs in Graphics and Photography for one, and two - to be able to open up a graphics shop in that area, you need to post a few examples of banners or icons that you've already made in order for it to stay open. Please make sure you read the area descriptions, and also take note of rules inside said areas.

Once you've got some examples to show, then you're free to re-create your shop in the proper area of the forum.
This one's gotta close up, however.


Also, guys, please follow the 25-character rule without spamming to achieve the amount of characters that you need. It's not super hard to type a sentence or two. D:
