totaly maker noobs shouldnt use the starter kit.. >_> - open rpg maker... - click project -> open project - click the 3 points at the Default Project Path - choose one folder before the game folder with the game exe... - if you choose the right folder, you see an folder in the List of Project...

you have insalled the rtp for rpgmaker 2000? and you dont opened it with the rpg maker 2003?

I dont think its easily to change the number of pictures.. in germany we have a patch called Gnaf's Picture Patch and it is an exe from an older 2k3 version, so you could use 50 pictures... rpg2000.4players.de:1061/sonstiges/utils/gnafspicturepatch.zip (not allowed to post links..^^")
