Two Things:

1) I'm sorry, but your post really wasn't long enough to be considered a "Training" post. Please make it longer. Add detail, add battles. There is not a rush man. Take your time and make the post something you'd be proud of.

2) You just need to edit your Trainer Card, because it says you Bulbasaur is a male when, in fact, it is female.

Oh yeah, and make a Trainer Card when you get a chance at Pokecharms. Thanks!

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you are referring to the Route 1 stuff, basically, do this:
1) Make a post involving you and Professor Oak, getting your first Pokemon.
2) In that SAME post, do one of the options availible to you on Route 1 (as described there)
3) Then wait for me to post a Summary of what everyone has done in Route 1.
4) Post your SECOND thing you are doing in Route 1. I can be different than the first thing you did.
