Self taught is the best taught I think. If you copy paste builds and movesets, such as froma website which I shall not name, you don't really learn anything outside of those few narrow concepts. Trying everything for yourself and seeing all possibilities in the games gives you a huge advantage.

I was scared to even put Tyranitar out against your team. It had no chance - as that OHKO demonstrated. Even as a Mega.

As soon as I saw Scizor in your party, I said screw strategy, I don't have Fire. I could have introduced Houndoom, but it hasn't served me very well when used so I retired it for a while. I have no other Fire in my party. You could have LED with that and I was dead 6-0. Couldn't figure out your stall strategy at the beginning, it wasn't making sense.
