i dont get it... at all. Silv + EV/IV/anything tech-y = FAIL. but the way i go thru the games at least works for the in-game stuff. ive never done any battling against a non-npc. (ok, i did once againdt me bro in GSC. i did pretty good, til he pwned me with his lv 100 charizard)
