The first shiny I got was a Shiny Ralts. I don't even remember how I got it though, I think it was in an egg :p The second and last so far was a shiny Roselia I got in pearl. It is pretty awesome I think :)

Well first off, FR/LG are not the same as R/B. FR/LG is a remake with a bunch of new features and more to do. Having said this, you really should play R/B - although I like FR/LG more, I love the retro feel to R/B and everything. After all, it is another Pokemon adventure!

I suppose they do have a similar cry, but I can't see how they are related at all - they are very different.
