Well...I tried a number of different things and am still stuck with the size limits as stated in my first post. Does anyone know if this a post count related issue? Again, if anyone knows, would you please give me the link to the rule that states it?

PBR is just a battling game. There is no plot and it isn't like the handheld games at all. No running in the grass to catch wild Pokémon. It is very much like Stadium. There are no mini-games, though. You do get points for winning your stadium battles and can use these points to score TMs and...

I'm a newb, sorry. Will someone kindly give me a link to the latest signature rules. I've read about image size limits, but my user CP will only allow 500 by 100 pixels with a 19.5 kB size limit. I know there's something I'm missing but can't find it. I have looked at the rules and FAQ.

My first Pokémon were Espeon and Umbreon in Colosseum but I never liked them all that much. My first Pokémon in a "regular" game was Bulbasaur in Leaf Green.

Yesterday I finally caught Mewtwo in Leaf Green. After many epic, but fruitless, battles it finally came down to a quick one where I used only 3 ultra balls! Now I'm trying to decide if I want to get a Game Shark and go to Eight and Nine Island.

Just to add to my earlier posting. You have to be at level 100 to notice the 3 point speed increase. Here's the formula: Stat = RoundDown((( BaseStat * 2 + IV + RoundDown( EV/4 ) ) * Level/100 + 5 ) * P) It's that Level/100 that keeps you from realizing the full 3 points until you get to level...

3 is the right amount. EVs are divided by 4 in the stat calculations so, since Zubat gives 1 EV for speed, it takes 4 to see the stat go up by 1. Every EV, not just speed, is divided by 4. Hope this helps.
