In order to find lapras, you'll need to surf around in the water. You'll have to be patient because there's only a 10% chance of finding it. Otherwise, I suppose you'll just have to trade for one, which is what I did, since I didn't have the patence ^.~

I'm just curious, in what ways are the tiles different? I've played the older versions of the game, and I didn't really notice anything, but maybe I'm just unobservant?

I like it, although I was hoping that we'd at least be able to see what people wanted for the pokemon they have up, so that if I saw something I liked, then I could easily trade for it, but oh well.
