Slowking does not evolve from Slowbro in Pokémon canon. Slowpoke evolves into Slowbro normally, but will evolve into Slowking at max happiness instead of a trade in this ROM. I definitly forgot this too when I played Let's Go and wanted to get a Slowking :LOL:

100% personal preference. Wanted the encounter to be reminiscent of the fabled “Mew truck” from Pokémon Red and Blue.

You have to access the SSAnne dock via the normal method—obtain HM Cut and then lose a battle to leave the area. Upon returning you can explore the dock. If you left the SSAnne without blacking out, Mew is not accessible.
