FireRed hack: Pokémon Kanto Complete

Is there a list of pokemon available on each route, town, cave, etc for this hack? Also, you mentioned increased shiny rate, is it like 1/20 now because they are almost too common, but no complaints here lol

I did document the the catch location in a spreadsheet, however if you challenge most of the NPC trainers you will see nearly every non-legendary Pokémon in your PokéDex.

I was kind of doing a professor oaks challenge but there's so many to catch and i ran out of money for pokeballs so I just moved on and finally beat Brock. The gym was quite challenging imo so I was just grinding for a good party and kept catching shiny pokemon and was curious about all the pokemon available but it's not a big deal. This hack is pretty good so far, so thanks
 
I might be a noob to this, but do I have to restart the game to fix the issue with the rocket grunt by the hideout in Five Island? I've downloaded the newest version again but it does not transfer over to my game file on my emulator. Do I need to delete the game entirely and redownload?
 
Having trouble locating Mew now that I'm at the end of the game. Every time I get on the SS Anne now there is no game play on the interior just shows the boat speeding through the water and then I'm at my destination. Is there any other way to obtain Mew? Trying to complete the game and fill the Pokédex without using any cheats whatsoever.

You have to access the SSAnne dock via the normal method—obtain HM Cut and then lose a battle to leave the area. Upon returning you can explore the dock. If you left the SSAnne without blacking out, Mew is not accessible.
 
Hey, I thought i'd log into my pokecommunity account to let you know im playing this game on real hardware. i had no problems flashing it to cart. so i'd say you've done a great job.
Cool japanese moltress intro also. :D
 
Finished this ROM several times. Loved it. Downsides.. Not being able to get Hyper beam for my Slaking was kinda annoying .. unless there was a way I didn't know.

Done with Mt silver, caught most legendaries. Now, how do I get in Dark grove? I cannot find it lmao. Aaaand damn, as I typed this I found it as I was going to go over the pond to screenshot and show you what I was trying to do lol. Cool spot.

Now, with Mew. As I read it, no way I can get it now right? I need to be on the boat during the story normally and then do what you say? Can't seem to access it.

Rayquaza seems unreachable too. And with Celebi I'm not sure what to do. Hold the GS ball? It doesn't let me hold

Hyper beam: TM mart in Pewter

Mew: yeah I made the encounter unique and easy to miss

Rayquaza: this should work. I reworked the flags and tested it around 4/15/24. If you have an older version of the ROM hack it may not work

Celebi: GS ball needs to be brought to the Forest Shrine in Viridian Forest. Activate the shrine with the GS Ball in your inventory to initiate the encounter

All of it worked. I missed the shrine and the guy I had to talk to in the Rayquaza route. Lol. And the hyper beam I kept going into vermilion tm market and celadon city market. I forgot about the tm market in pewter. These were my mistakes

Loved the rom and I'm still grinding it. Might start a new save. Cheers
 
It keeps getting an error on my patch? Is there something I should be doing differently when patching?

I made it pink, inspired by the awesome start screen. I love how it's in Japanese too. Gives it great flair.

It's a great start to the permanent collection. I'm guessing trading works because the upstairs trading areas are accessible..?

Yeah.. totally great game to create awesome parties and add an odd shiny into your play through. And if any IRL friends are chasing shinies in a gen 3 game I'll be able to help them. Love your work ✌🏻
