In the original games, I never made it to Mt. Silver. In Soul Silver it took me 5 or 6 times, considering my Pokémon where under leveled.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, didn't the original games have the Battle Tower? If so did they just replace it with the Battle Maison?

Its not the only one that I didn't like, as much as I love Squirtle and its line and the fact that Blastoise has a mega. I prefer the design of Blastoise over its mega.

After seeing Gen 1 remakes (Fire Red & Leaf Green) & Gen 2 remakes (Soul Silver & Heart Gold). It was to be expected that the Hoenn remakes would be made, though Mega Evolution crossing from Kalos was a bit of a surprise. Now we wait to see what Gen 4 remakes offer.
