1. Moltres should be on MT. SILVER. His cave is on the map from PokeCentrum. If it's not there, I must have put something wrong.

3. After you pass the Lige for the first time, then go to the PokeCenter in Goldenrod. There, talk to Chansy, who will give you GS-Ball.
