Courtyard Colosseum is the absolute worst one. It takes forever to use a move. I almost lost on my 97th battle there because none of my moves would hit.

I got lucky today and caught a pokerus pokemon on accident (the first one I've ever been lucky enough to find). Now, I know that Pokerus makes it easier to train a pokemon but how exactly does it work? Does it level up faster? Better stats? How does it spread? Help would be appreciated!
