the odds well have u got ur emerald yet it only works in emerald. Basically its a glitch the odds are unknown but most people reset for a starter and restart there game every 50 resets. Its within ur file person. so after you reset and encounter 50 differant treekos/zigzagoons and no shiny you need redo the game and get back to the bag. This could take 100 times or 2 times of redoing ur game. I got lucky and randomly came across a shiny aron in granite cave which means my RNG was broken. Very confusing stuff but the rewards are amazing~

annoyed on youtube theres a major discovery but its hard to explain, Its called a RNG and well it determines wheather or not you can get a shiny in ur emerald. I got a lairon in my emerald and if u have a shiny in your emerlad you can get more then one. Heres the rewards:
