What anti-virus program are you using? You can most likely add the file to a 'scan exclusion' bin if you just search around in the program's setting for a bit. This happened to me with several hacking programs, so I just added them to the exclusion list.

Sounds like you'll have to load up a backup of your ROM. ...you do make backups, right? Another thing I'm interested in throwing out there: what base ROM are you using? and is your ROM expanded at all (e.g. 32.0 MB, 0x1FFFFF0)?
