Thats the end of Beta 4.2 You have to use the Fire Red Walk Through Walls cheat to go around the house (through the trees). I recommend turning it off as soon as you get past the tree line, as that specific cheat is acts weirdly in some places (like preventing surf, etc).

Nvrm, I hacked it in. Also, Meta, did you tweak the exp gain? I'm testing the pokemon in Victory road with the flat Gen III equation, and it's not quite matching up. I'm getting shorted about 10% exp (ex: losing 100 points every 1,000 i earn via the equation). Don't know if you know about this...

But Kingler doesn't learn hyper Beam naturally, according to bulbapedia.

Hey guys. I'm trying to stick close to the anime, and am about to challenge the Indigo League. I want my Kingler to have Hyper Beam, but can't find TM 15 anywhere. Is it possible? Thanks!
