I chained like all the Electric and Steel pokemon in Platinum, and then discovered RNGing. But to RNG I had to encounter a random shiny, which I did after multiple double battles, Bronzor.

I didn't like the PokeGear in general, prefer the Poketch, so the revamped version wasn't anything special to me. And with the phone thing, the second time I played, I just didn't add anybody's number haha.

I was never a fan of support moves, I just use pure offensive attacks. xD But a good moveset would cover a variety of types. So in my opinion, the following is a pretty good moveset: Gengar Shadow Ball Focus Blast Sludge Bomb Psychic/Thunderbolt Yeah I'm a noob.

EV's and IV's are for the people who want to go more in depth with battling and explore all the different elements that exist. Regular training is usually for people who just want to play the game without the seriousness of competition. Just because you EV train doesn't guarantee you a win...

In college now, the work is harder and actually requires more collaboration with your peers, at least for me. So I like group projects. I might not know the material and I can get help from other group members.
