It was a Shellder, it's not the best but I just found it at random in one try and it's the first of my shiny's! But if you could, could you get me a normal Skarmory with good IV's? And how did you learn to do IV's?

it has been easy, my keldeo, emolga, arcanine(beat the dragon gym with a very little help from my flygon) are my main powerhouses

Yup, I used my old ds with black 2 in it and my dsi xl with my black 1 game in it. Also if you use action replay with a japanese game in it on your US dsi it will play it
