Torterra's overworld sprite is adorable in Platinum. I have one around level 88 I think... I moved it into Platinum. I simultaneously trained it alongside Gyarados. Gyarados was originally a level 5 Magikarp I caught in Diamond. I chose the Piplup line because blue's my favorite color. ^_^

I've been battling the trainers in the Battleground every day, Barry every weekend, and the Elite Four. (Beat them 16x already.)

Same with me about the trading. ^_^

That's what I do, too. ^_^ (I chose Piplup in Diamond, did a new game, chose Turtwig. Then in Platinum, I used Chimchar. Now, I'm back to Piplup because my Empoleon's gone.) Out of all the overworlds of the Sinnoh starters, I liked the Piplup line the most. (Empoleon looks cute when following. ^_^)

Thanks. :D (I also have a level 90 blue Gyarados.) I don't think I'll trade any Johto Pokemon between Platinum and HG/SS, though. (Unless it's a Pokemon I can't get in that game like Bulbasaur.)

Cyndaquil is really cute, and I love Quilava. Typhlosion's cool, but I've used Infernape in my last Pokemon game. I'm wondering if I should choose Fire again. (Because what if I choose it, and then I run into a Houndour in Johto instead of Kanto?) I like Tododile, not so much Croconaw, but Feraligatr is so pretty. If I use Feraligatr, there's no need for Red Gyarados... All of Chikorita's evolutions are so adorable, but I love Jumpluff and Bellossom. Usually, I wait until the time comes and choose which one I want. (I base my decisions on the sprites, and the attacks they learn. In Platinum, I used Chimchar. Infernape is now at level 100.)

Usually when I start off with a Chikorita, I use a Butterfree as well (I let it use Confusion against Falkner's Pokemon). Also, I use a Goldeen (that knows Peck) against Bugsy's gym. I only keep those Pokemon temporarily until I start choosing a party to work on.

I wish I knew which starter I wanted. (Chikorita was the first Pokemon I've ever had, but I already have a Meganium in Platinum. It was a birthday present. It's only around level 40 though.)

Oh, okay. Yeah, I hate it when people do that. My neighbor used to be the same way.

XD I must. Although, I would have to hit my DS screen to do it. (that could break the Ds though, so I can't do that. Or! I could print out a pic of the artwork and rip it into pieces! But beforehand I would slap the paper around. Then I'd tape it to the wall and throw a ball at it repeatedly. Then rip it up and roar or something. XD
