About your question about the prof., look at unLZ,(available in elite map case you don't know),Firered look around 200 (not sure) and you should find a messed up shape that looks like the prof, press + and - until you get the right shape, press black/white and save it and edit it in paint etc.,
Problem is, you'll have to copy and paste the colours in black and white,which is really tricky,after your done go back to unLZ,import the pic and write to rom. If you what to change the colours, palette edit, (see the tutorial)

If you're hacking R/S/E, look for Birch in unLZ around the trainers,and do the same except you don't have to edit it in black/white. (Thank goodness)
