Re: Mutagens, there are 9 total, each one is in, or close to, each city. There's a list somewhere, I'll find it and put it on the front page. Xp got changed b/c of the daycare system in the base. Putting your pkmn there lets it rise in levels while walking around, making it a lot easier...

The Witch in Lavender Town is recruitable after you recruit a secret friend of hers. Lauritz is found in the Viridian Pokemart, and he just wants to hear stories of your cool Rocket adventures. After plot checkpoint 21 he'll be sufficiently impressed, and want to join up.

I love it! I like how the original team is all named after Sins. It has a lot of playful moments, like the rebellious 'mons or poking fun at the nugget trainers, that retell it in an interesting way. Thanks for posting it!

Okay, I think I figured it out. Both of those glitched people use the same eventing menu to pick which pokemon you're either Mutating, or leaving at the Daycare. That variable must have gotten increased at some point, which will break both of them. I'll add in a thing to the Glitch Board on lvl...

I'd consider it "complete" once you're able to get all the recruits and use them in some of the sidequests. So, not that much more to do. Eventually it'll be really nice to close the chapter on Rocket Rising and start working on some other stuff, but for right now working on it still makes me...
