The Witch in Lavender Town is recruitable after you recruit a secret friend of hers. Lauritz is found in the Viridian Pokemart, and he just wants to hear stories of your cool Rocket adventures. After plot checkpoint 21 he'll be sufficiently impressed, and want to join up.

I love it! I like how the original team is all named after Sins. It has a lot of playful moments, like the rebellious 'mons or poking fun at the nugget trainers, that retell it in an interesting way. Thanks for posting it!
