I don't really know what you're asking here bud, you mean where to post your art? Then yes, pc has everything really, if you have a camera/webcam take a picture of your drawing and post it in Pokemon General or the Art galley (if there is one) I guess.

I've started to decide not to, I mean swsh has so many issues it's insane and no one actually wants those flaws in any pokemon game again, so.. But then again it's pokemon and i'll most likely buy it anyways.

I think all the pseudo Legendaries except for the obvious Tyranitar,Salamence and maybe Dragonite. Besides that, mostly every starter except for gen 1 comes and goes.
