I didn't change the catch rate, so that is really weird. I've not had issues catching anything, but I will look into that as I go.

There should be a patch out there somewhere that can get rid of the menu descriptions. I personally had used Modexe (I added the download to that with EM/FR INI's in the HMA Discord). But I know I had seen a patch somewhere, I just don't remember if it was here or whackahack.
