Well true but things are how they are... Well if your 3ds breaks (which i doupt) you can always go to nintendo customer support etc. theyll cover it for you as well as the games. as long as the warranties are okay. etc.

I know. Its a same kind of internet shop like steam or xbox live. You need eshop currency to buy games (you can buy the money in gamestop in the form of eshop cards.) So basicly you surf the net to nintendo eshop with your 3ds and then download the game from there. Thats how it works.
