No, You must use a PC in order to play this. This is not a pokemon rom hack, It's a fangame (which all of them require a pc or mac if you're running wine).

Honestly, I was planning on using an evo stone on pupitar in order to make it immediately evolve to tyrannitar. I don't feel like grinding all the way to level 55 just for it to reach its final evolution. However, that's currently not possible due to larvitar not evolving when it's supposed to...

My larvitar won't evolve into a pupitar at level 30. I even tried to level him up to 31, but I get nothing. I have to waste an evo stone just so he can evolve. I don't want to waste my evo stones just for him to evolve naturally. Can someone help me with this?

Just download the file, open it, extract the folder and just play the game in that folder
