i went in other team discussions threads and when i saw someone that could be interested and what i need(scripters,ow,spriter mapperetc.) i went than to his profil and send him the url to my thread and say maybe you are interested to join i would love to have you etc. and they will maybe join
but dont try to get at the start the advanced ones try to find some newbys at hacking they join mainly every team and when they see that you want them they will join probably and in that way they will imrove there skills too its good to improve with others

and yeah open a team group as soon as possible or wait until some others join
its better when you have your own group to discuss the ideas for the hack because if you talk about your storyline very much in your thread the others can see those ideas and steal some and than claim them as thereself ideas

ohhh scripts are the only thing that i dot know how they work sorry i cant help you in this part but maybe search in google maybe you find something or recrute a scripter
