The attack and defense need to be the same number. Just use Proteins until the attack stat is 24 so it will match the defense stat. Also, it has to be at level 20 or higher to evolve

I like it, the bells remind me of the bell ringing to give the signal that a ship is leaving port. Its an elegant, old-fashioned city and the music fits it well.

I don't like it either, Mauville was my favorite city in RSE. I was so dissappointed to see it's completely different D: I agree that Lilycove should have been the main city, if not Sootopolis.

Its all up to personal preference. The games are practically identical beside the exclusive Pokemon and the enemy team. In my opinion, Team Aqua is so freaking cool and so is Kyogre.

No, I didn't use Latias on my team. I had Gardevoir at the time and didn't need another psychic type. I use her for the Eon Flute all the time though.
