Help Evolving my Tyrogue into Hitmontop

    Hear are the details of my Tyrogue in ORAS:
    Level 21
    Atk 21
    Def 24
    Sp atk 21
    Sp def 22
    Speed 22
    Calm nature
    Just caught (no added evs)
    Im not quite sure how the ev system works but im not ready to get into them just yet all i need is to turn this Tyrogue into a Hitmontop
    Please help

    The attack and defense need to be the same number. Just use Proteins until the attack stat is 24 so it will match the defense stat. Also, it has to be at level 20 or higher to evolve
