Oh, this is neat! I made something similar, but it didn't average the moveset levels, and it was a website linked into PokeAPI. But thanks for the resource!
I would not recommend using saves for this. For example, you might change what a switch or variable does, but it'll be already set.
I would recommend setting up a Debug Room which can teleport you to certain scenes, with the right bits of the game set up.
So I never got to use the Cable Club in these games - but I traded a lot between myself in Pokemon Stadium 2 once - and once, the game made an odd 13th box appear on Blue...

Well, at first, just Yellow - since I'm getting the 2DS bundle with it. Yellow was my first Pokemon game, and I can't wait to play with my buddy Pika-Bud again. (That was the nickname of my first Pikachu.)
As a Visual Novel developer (I'm creating an Online (RPG Maker MV-based) Visual Novel Nuzlocke), I wish to experiment with using sounds and movement to see how it works for telling a Pokemon-based story with Final Fantasy as well - because I've never seen another Nuzlocke VN.

It's the same with me - even when I managed to get it to randomize, by renaming the mis-named Black2 folder - it freezes up when certain Pokemon are checked/it doesn't save the images properly.
