Most IV breeding methods revolve around two basic things: Dittos that are flawless in specific (or all) stats, and Power items.

I think on average, you have to catch around 100 Dittos on average in order to get one of each stat flawless. If you want them with specific natures, too, however, then you'd want Synchronizers of those natures when you go to catch the Dittos.

i have the slowpoke ready! It ended up male, I hope that's ok. I could always throw in one of my DW female ones too if you'd like! It's at Lv36 right now, EV trained the way you requested, with slack off, and i spent about an hour this morning using Thief on wild poliwhirls to get a king's rock!

It is modest, with Regenerator, and flawless Sp.Atk and Sp.Def!
