    neve mind i found out so here it is First, get a Wailord and Relicanth. Put the relicanth at front of your party (active pokemon)and wailord at the back. Go to Pacifidlog Town and surf left. Go to the bottom currents and surf left. Eventually, you will come to a dark patch of water 4 squares...
