No duh (I really haven't heard that before!) :P It doesn't make it any less of a murder, even if it is justified. It's more like a necessary evil, like a police man shooting a fugitive. It's not suddenly bunnies and candy corn because it's justified, but it does have its place (mostly in pursuit of saving the woman's life). I've heard people call unborn children merely parasites sucking the life out of the unwilling mother. So, their worth is just defined by how the mother feels about it? That also got me to thinking... Should it still be considered a double-homicide when a pregnant woman is murdered? What if that woman was on her way to get an abortion...
